सारा content scientific research पर based है — Paul Ekman, Daniel Goleman, James Clear, Robert Cialdini जैसे world-renowned psychologists की research से। ने इसे simple Hindi में present किया है।

Focus Timer कैसे use करें? ▾

Settings > Focus Timer में जाएं। 25-minute Pomodoro session select करें, Play करें, और पढ़ाई शुरू करें। Timer बजने पर 5 min break लें। यह technique proven है productivity के लिए।
